We accept returns within 14 calendar days from receipt of order. Returns in Spain and Portugal are processed through a return voucher with no expiration date. Accessories (including capes and shawls) and bodysuits are non-returnable.

We have 3 payment methods available: Card, Bizum or PayPal.

Delivery times depend on the territory from which the order is placed, as a general rule the delivery time is 24/72h working days in peninsular territory.

To know if you have made the purchase correctly, check your inbox in the email you indicated when placing the order. Another indication is the charge in your bank or PayPal account. If you have any doubts, you can write to info@buganco.com

Every day we usually receive different models of the web in replenishment. The estimated delivery time is 7/10 working days, although it may vary depending on the manufacturer, fabric... We notify you every day on Instagram Stories!

If you leave your email in the section "Notify me when available" we can send you an email as soon as the replacement arrives.

Our physical store is located in Seville, at Calle Pagés del Corro 133 (Triana). Our schedule this October is from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.

We are closed on October 11th and 13th for a national holiday, but we will still be available 24H at buganco.com
