These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products offered on the Buganco Moda S.L. website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read these terms carefully before making your purchase.

Purchase Process

To make a purchase on our website, you must follow the following steps:

  1. Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping cart.
  2. Review the shopping cart and proceed to order confirmation.
  3. Provide the necessary shipping information and select the payment method.
  4. Confirm and complete the payment of the order.
  5. Receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard).
  • PayPal.
  • Bizum.

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure the protection of your information.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship all over Spain. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are from 24 to 72h in working days in peninsular territory, extending to 5/7 working days in case of orders placed in Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

We also ship internationally, whose estimated delivery time varies:

  • Portugal. 24-72 working days.
  • European Union. 5/7 working days.
  • Countries outside the European Union. 7/10 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the checkout process before order confirmation. In the case of international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes will be applied and must be paid by the customer.

Order Limitation and Prohibition of Commercial Use

  1. Nature of Sales: The products offered through our online and physical store are intended exclusively for retail sale to the final consumer, destined for personal and domestic use. The purchase of our products for the purposes of resale, rental, distribution, or any other commercial use is expressly prohibited.
  2. Purchase Limits: To ensure the availability of our items to all our retail customers and to prevent unauthorized commercial use, the Store reserves the right to limit the quantity of identical or similar items (same model, different color or size) that a customer may purchase in a single order or within a determined period of time.

    • Unless otherwise specified, the standard limit is established at 3 units of the same dress model (including any color variation) per customer, within a period of 90 days from their previous order.

  3. Detection of Suspicious Orders and Rejection: The Store reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit the processing of any order if, in its reasonable judgment, a purchase pattern is detected that suggests a purpose of unauthorized resale, rental, or commercial use. This includes, without limitation, the purchase of multiple units of the same item in different colors or sizes, or the repetition of excessively large or frequent orders. In these cases, the Store will proceed with the cancellation of the purchase and the full refund of the amounts paid.
  4. Consequences of Non-Compliance: The customer who violates this prohibition of commercial use and resale accepts that the Store may adopt the necessary measures to guarantee compliance with its Terms and Conditions, including the future restriction of the customer's purchasing capacity on our platform or physical store.

Return Policy

Return Policy for Spain, Andorra and Portugal

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are in perfect condition, with label and in their original packaging. To manage a return, follow these steps:

  1. Access the portal https://returns.byrever.com/buganco and enter your order reference and the email address you used to make the purchase.
  2. Pack the products securely and print the label provided by the returns platform. Depending on the return method selected, you will have to deposit the package at a post office or wait for Correos Express to pick up the return at your home.
  3. Once received and verified the products, we will process the return through a voucher without expiration to redeem on the web.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

Bodysuits and accessories (including CHALS AND CAPES) are non-returnable, as well as Christmas garments purchased on or after December 10th (inclusive). Returns that do not meet these requirements and are shipped will be returned to the customer.

Return Policy for European Union countries (NOT Spain or Portugal)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are in perfect condition, with label and in their original packaging. To manage a return, follow these steps:

  2. Pack the products securely and print the label provided by the returns platform.
  3. Once the products have been received and verified, we will process the refund using the same payment you used for the purchase.

International Returns Policy (outside the European Union)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are in perfect condition, with label and in their original packaging. To manage a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service through info@buganco.com indicating the reason for the return.

  3. Once received and verified the products, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Warranties

All our products are covered by a 48-hour warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not include damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

At Buganco, we make every effort to ensure that the images on our website faithfully reflect each garment. However, factors such as your device's individual screen settings or photographic lighting may cause small color variations compared to the actual item. These slight differences are not considered a defect in the garment, and Buganco is not responsible for them.

In the case of garments with sequins, glitter, or special appliqués, it is normal for a small amount of material to detach during the first uses or handling. Excess material is applied during the manufacturing process to ensure a complete finish, and this slight shedding does not affect the design or the quality of the garment, so it does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

To ensure the durability of your clothing, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on items that show localized damage caused by use or friction with accessories and complements (e.g., in armpits, neckline, waistband, or seams).

We strongly recommend:

  • Trying on garments carefully and without the use of strong perfumes or deodorants.
  • Avoiding direct rubbing with jewellery, bags, or other accessories that may cause snagging or friction during fitting.

Modifications to the Conditions of Sale

Buganco Moda S.L. reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Sale at any time. Modifications shall not be retroactive and, unless otherwise stated, shall be applicable as of the date of their publication on the website.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with these conditions shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Seville.
