Purchase Process

To make a purchase on our website, you must follow these steps:

  1. Select the products you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart.
  2. Review the cart and proceed to order confirmation.
  3. Provide the necessary shipping information and select a payment method.
  4. Confirm and complete the payment.Receive an order confirmation via email.

With the aim of guaranteeing sustainable management, optimizing stock availability for all our customers, and offering the best return conditions, a maximum purchase limit of 3 items per order is established for shipments to Spain, Portugal, France and Germany. In the event that this quantity is exceeded, the system will not allow the checkout process to be completed, or the order may be automatically canceled by our team.

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure the protection of your information.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout Spain. Delivery times vary by location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are 24 to 72 business hours within mainland Spain (home delivery or pick-up point), extending to 5-7 business days for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

We also offer international shipping with the following estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal: 48-72 business hours.
  • European Union: 5-7 business days.
  • Non-EU Countries: 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes will apply and must be paid by the customer.

Conditions for Collection Points

You can select the option to collect your order at a Collection Point. If you choose this option, you have a maximum of 14 calendar days to collect your order, starting from the moment the package is delivered to the point and you receive the availability notification.

This notification is sent by the courier company when the package arrives at the agreed-upon location. You can also check the shipment status in the "Order History and Details" section by clicking on "Data" within the order you wish to track. You will also receive your tracking link via email with the subject line "[Buganco] Order in Transit".

If the package has not been collected within 14 calendar days, the courier company will automatically return the shipment to our facilities. The customer will be responsible for all logistical costs associated with this return, as well as any reshipment costs.

International Shipping and Customs (Outside the EU)

It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and ensure its receipt. If the package remains uncollected at its destination or undelivered after several attempts within a period of 14 calendar days, the courier service will proceed with the automatic return of the shipment to our facilities. In such cases, a refund for the items will be processed once their condition is verified, deducting the logistics costs derived from said return from the total amount. Furthermore, should the customer request a reshipment, the corresponding shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the customer.

Orders destined for countries outside the European Union (or territories with special tax regimes) may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, and local taxes.

  • Payment Responsibility: Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the recipient. The courier will contact the customer (usually via email) to manage and request payment once the package reaches customs.
  • Consequences of Non-payment:
    • Abandonment or Destruction: If payment is not made, the courier may destroy the package. In this case, Buganco reserves the right not to refund any amount, as non-payment is the buyer's responsibility.
    • Return to Origin: If the package is returned due to non-payment, a refund will be issued once verified. However, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs fees incurred by Buganco will be deducted from the total refund.

Limitation of Orders and Prohibition of Commercial Use

    • Nature of Sales: Products are intended exclusively for retail sale to the final consumer for personal and domestic use. The purchase of products for resale, rental, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
    • Purchase Limits: To ensure availability, Buganco reserves the right to limit the quantity of identical or similar items. The standard limit is 3 units of the same model (including color variations) per customer within 90 days of their previous order.
    • Suspicious Orders: Buganco reserves the right to cancel or limit any order that suggests a resale or commercial purpose. In such cases, the purchase will be canceled and a full refund issued.

Return Policy

Spain, Andorra and Portugal

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are in perfect condition, with the tag attached, and in their original packaging. To process a return, follow these steps:

Access the portal https://returns.byrever.com/buganco and enter your order reference and the email address used to make the purchase.

On our platform, you will be able to choose between two return options:

  1. Voucher with no expiry date: You will receive a code for the total amount paid to redeem on the website or in our physical store. This option has no return fees and no expiry date.

  2. Refund: The refund will be made to the original payment method. In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Pack the products securely and follow the platform instructions for depositing them at a Correos post office or for home collection. Once the products are received and verified, we will process the selected option. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products, shipping errors, returns in a physical store, or returns for a voucher with no expiry date.

Bodysuits and accessories (including shawls and capes) are non-returnable, as well as Christmas garments purchased from December 10th inclusive. Returns that do not meet these requirements and are sent will be returned to the customer.

About previous return vouchers

Return vouchers/coupons issued prior to the effective date of this new policy (1 June 2026) are governed by the conditions in force at the time of their issuance. Therefore, these vouchers maintain their non-refundable in cash status, remaining valid with no expiry date for purchases on our website.

European Union (Excluding Spain/Portugal)

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt. Products must be in perfect condition, with tags, and in original packaging.

  2. Pack and print the label.
  3. Refund: Once verified, a refund will be issued.
  4. Costs: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective.
  5. Exceptions: Bodysuits, accessories (including SHAWLS AND CAPES), and Christmas items purchased from December 10th onwards are non-returnable.

International (Outside the EU)

    3. The refund will be processed via the original payment method.
    4. All costs (shipping, customs, and taxes) are covered by the customer. If taxes are not covered, they'll be excluded from the refund.

Guarantees

All products have a 48-hour guarantee from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects.

  • Color Variations: Small variations due to screen settings or lighting are not considered defects.
  • Sequins/Glitter: Slight shedding during initial use is normal and not a defect.
  • Exclusions: Items with damage from friction (e.g., underarms, waistline) caused by accessories will not be accepted.
  • Recommendation: Try on clothes without perfumes/deodorants and avoid contact with jewelry during the fitting.

Modifications to the Terms of Sale

Buganco Moda S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Modifications will not be retroactive and, unless otherwise stated, will apply from the date of their publication on the website.

Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Seville, Spain.
