Legal right to cancel the purchase (return):
RETURNS FROM SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
You must make the return through our portal at https://returns.byrever.com/buganco by entering your order number and following the indicated steps. You have up to 14 calendar days from the receipt of the garment to process the return. Currently, you can choose between two return options:
- Voucher with no expiry date: You receive a coupon for the total amount paid to redeem on the website or in our physical store in Seville whenever you wish. No return fees apply to this option.
- Refund: The refund will be made to the original payment method, deducting the shipping costs and the return costs detailed below.
If you choose the voucher with no expiry date but change your mind, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund. The return costs (for the refund option) are:
- Spain - Peninsular Territory: €6 if deposited at a Correos post office or €7.50 if home collection is requested.
- Spain - Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €10.00 with home collection.
- Portugal: €6.00 if deposited at a CTT post office.
No return costs apply for returns requested and deposited in a physical store, regardless of the method chosen.
For the return to be accepted, the garment must be in perfect condition and have the tag attached. If this is not the case, the garment will be sent back to the customer. Bodysuits and accessories (including shawls and capes) are non-returnable, as well as Christmas garments purchased from December 10th inclusive. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer. If you send your return outside the stipulated period, Buganco reserves the right not to process the refund.
In case of exchanges due to defects or returns for damage, there is a different protocol, with a notification period of 48 hours from receipt of the order. Please contact us at info@buganco.com
About previous return vouchers
Return vouchers/coupons issued prior to the effective date of this new policy (June 1, 2026) are governed by the conditions in force at the time of their issuance. Therefore, these vouchers maintain their non-refundable in cash status, remaining valid with no expiry date for purchases on our website.
RETURNS FROM THE PHYSICAL STORE IN SEVILLA
Orders placed in our physical store in Seville can only be exchanged and returned at the store. The return is made through a voucher with no expiration date to be redeemed in a physical store or on the web.
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the purchase of the garment to process the return. It is essential to present the purchase receipt in order to process the return. The product must keep the label of Buganco and show no signs of having been used. Rsales, Outlet, Black Friday, caccessories, make up and intimate apparel are non-returnable.
From Buganco we recommend taking a photograph of the purchase receipt for your conversation intact.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION (NOT SPAIN AND PORTUGAL)
The return must be made through our website at https://returns.byrever.com/buganco
In this portal you must enter your order number and continue the steps. To process the return you will have up to 14 calendar days after you receive the garment and the refund will be effective once we receive the garment. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, they are variable depending on the country from which the return is made. You can check the costs on the returns platform or by writing an email to info@buganco.com

The return must be made by the customer by his own means by sending it to the following address within 14 calendar days of receipt of the garment:

Once we receive the return, we will proceed to process the refund of the amount of the garments through the original payment method within a maximum period of 7 calendar days. Return shipping costs, as well as customs fees, shall be borne by the customer.

All our products are covered by a 48-hour warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not include damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
At Buganco, we make every effort to ensure that the images on our website faithfully reflect each garment. However, factors such as your device's individual screen settings or photographic lighting may cause small color variations compared to the actual item. These slight differences are not considered a defect in the garment, and Buganco is not responsible for them.
In the case of garments with sequins, glitter, or special appliqués, it is normal for a small amount of material to detach during the first uses or handling. Excess material is applied during the manufacturing process to ensure a complete finish, and this slight shedding does not affect the design or the quality of the garment, so it does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
To ensure the durability of your clothing, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on items that show localized damage caused by use or friction with accessories and complements (e.g., in armpits, neckline, waistband, or seams).
We strongly recommend:
- Trying on garments carefully and without the use of strong perfumes or deodorants.
- Avoiding direct rubbing with jewellery, bags, or other accessories that may cause snagging or friction during fitting.
Our Buganco team inspects every item before shipping to ensure you receive it in good condition.

About one-size-fits-all
Not all single sizes have the same measurements. Depending on the composition, fabric, manufacturer, etc. they may vary from one to another, so we encourage you to check the measurements and compare them. That said, we want to clarify that the fact that one size does not fit you, does not mean that all sizes will be wrong. We are also available to the entire team of Buganco to help you with whatever you need.
