  • Spain - Peninsular Territory: 3.90€ if deposited at a post office or 5.10€ if home pickup is desired
  • Spain - Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €10.00 with home collection
  • Portugal: €8.00 with UPS office deposit

The product must keep the label of Buganco and show no signs of having been used. Rsales, Outlet, Black Friday, caccessories, make up and intimate apparel are non-returnable.

From Buganco we recommend taking a photograph of the purchase receipt for your conversation intact.

Once we receive the return, we will proceed to process the refund of the amount of the garments through the original payment method within a maximum period of 7 calendar days. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

All our products are covered by a 48-hour warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not include damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

 

At Buganco, we make every effort to ensure that the images on our website faithfully reflect each garment. However, factors such as your device's individual screen settings or photographic lighting may cause small color variations compared to the actual item. These slight differences are not considered a defect in the garment, and Buganco is not responsible for them.

 

In the case of garments with sequins, glitter, or special appliqués, it is normal for a small amount of material to detach during the first uses or handling. Excess material is applied during the manufacturing process to ensure a complete finish, and this slight shedding does not affect the design or the quality of the garment, so it does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

 

To ensure the durability of your clothing, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on items that show localized damage caused by use or friction with accessories and complements (e.g., in armpits, neckline, waistband, or seams).

 

We strongly recommend:

  • Trying on garments carefully and without the use of strong perfumes or deodorants.
  • Avoiding direct rubbing with jewellery, bags, or other accessories that may cause snagging or friction during fitting.

Our Buganco team inspects every item before shipping to ensure you receive it in good condition.

About one-size-fits-all

Not all single sizes have the same measurements. Depending on the composition, fabric, manufacturer, etc. they may vary from one to another, so we encourage you to check the measurements and compare them. That said, we want to clarify that the fact that one size does not fit you, does not mean that all sizes will be wrong.
