In the case of international returns within the EU (excluding Spain or Portugal), the return is made as a refund to the original payment method, deducting the corresponding return fees. Returns made from outside the EU must be fully managed by the customer within the same return period. For the return to be accepted, the garment must be in perfect condition and have the tag attached. If this is not the case, the garment will be sent back to the customer.
