How would I make a return? How long do I have to do so?
You have up to 14 calendar days from the receipt of the garment to process your return. For returns in Spain and Portugal, you can choose either a voucher for the total amount paid to use on the website or in-store whenever you want, which has no return fees or expiry date, or a refund to the original payment method, in which case the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs through our platform. In the case of international returns within the EU (excluding Spain or Portugal), the return is made as a refund to the original payment method, deducting the corresponding return fees. Returns made from outside the EU must be fully managed by the customer within the same return period.
For the return to be accepted, the garment must be in perfect condition and have the tag attached. If this is not the case, the garment will be sent back to the customer. If you have any questions, you can contact us at info@buganco.com so we can explain the procedure to you in detail.
Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
Yes, returns involve processing the package, and the customer is responsible for the associated costs, unless you choose a voucher with no expiration date, in which case we will cover the costs. Return shipping costs depend on the location from which the return is made and can be found in our returns policy.

Can I make a return in a physical shop?
Yes! As long as it is within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, you can return it to our shop by requesting a return via the returns platform.
If you have a voucher from a previous return, you can also redeem it at our physical shop by showing it to our team.
