How would I make a return? How long do I have to do so?
You have up to 14 calendar days from the receipt of the garment to process your return. For returns in Spain and Portugal, you can choose either a voucher for the total amount paid to use on the website or in-store whenever you want, which has no return fees or expiry date, or a refund to the original payment method, in which case the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs through our platform. In the case of international returns within the EU (excluding Spain or Portugal), the return is made as a refund to the original payment method, deducting the corresponding return fees. Returns made from outside the EU must be fully managed by the customer within the same return period. For the return to be accepted, the garment must be in perfect condition and have the tag attached. If this is not the case, the garment will be sent back to the customer. Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
Yes, returns involve processing the package, and the customer is responsible for the associated costs, unless you choose a voucher with no expiration date, in which case we will cover the costs. Return shipping costs depend on the location from which the return is made and can be found in our returns policy.

Can I make a return in a physical shop?
Yes! As long as it is within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, you can return it to our shop by requesting a return via the returns platform. If you have a voucher from a previous return, you can also redeem it at our physical shop by showing it to our team.

Shipping costs are €4.20 for home delivery or €3.50 for collection point delivery. Home delivery is free for purchases over €99. - Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: approximately 5-7 working days, although this period may vary depending on customs procedures. Shipping costs are €6.45. - Portugal: 24-72 hours on working days. Shipping costs are €5.60. - Europe: approximately 5-7 working days. Have I made the purchase correctly?
The first thing you should do to ensure that you have completed your purchase correctly is to check your email. You should have received a purchase confirmation email. Another indication is the charge on your bank account or PayPal account. You can also access your customer panel and check the status in the “My orders” section.

REPLACEMENTS

I am interested in an item that is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
Replacements take approximately 7-10 days. These times depend on the factory's workload and fabric supply, so they are approximate.
I want an item but it's not on the website. Will it be back in stock?
If it does not appear on our website with the message “sold out but back in 10 days”, it means that there are no plans to restock it in the short term. However, the garment may be restocked in the long term. We will announce the restocking of these garments on our social media channels.

OUR STORE

Do you have a physical shop?
Our shop is located in Seville, at Calle Pagés del Corro no. 133B. This June, our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Store closed Saturdays in July and August.
Can I use a refund voucher from the website in the shop?
Yes, just show the voucher to your colleagues in the shop and they will take care of it.
I like a model on the website. Will it be available in physical shops?
We try to have many of the models from our website in our shop, although we also have exclusive models that you can only find if you visit us. If you have any questions about a specific model, you can contact us via email at info@buganco.com.
How do returns work in physical shops?
Orders placed in our physical store in Seville can only be exchanged and returned at the store itself. Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to process the return. The purchase receipt must be presented in order to process the return. The product must retain the Buganco label and show no signs of having been worn. Sale items, outlet items, Black Friday items, accessories, make-up and underwear cannot be returned. At Buganco, we recommend taking a photograph of the purchase receipt so that it remains intact.
