We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. For returns in Spain and Portugal, you can choose a voucher with no expiry date for the total amount paid with no return fees, or a refund to the original payment method, deducting management costs. Accessories (including capes and shawls) and bodysuits are non-returnable.

We have multiple payment methods available: Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

Delivery times depend on the territory from which the order is placed, as a general rule the delivery time is 5/7 business days for international orders.

To know if you have made the purchase correctly, check your inbox in the email you indicated when placing the order. Another indication is the charge in your bank or PayPal account. If you have any doubts, you can write to info@buganco.com

Every day we usually receive different models of the web in replenishment. The estimated delivery time is 7/10 working days, although it may vary depending on the manufacturer, fabric... We notify you every day on Instagram Stories!

If you leave your email in the section "Notify me when available" we can send you an email as soon as the replacement arrives.

Our physical store is located in Seville, at Calle Pagés del Corro 133 (Triana). Our schedule is from Monday to  Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00.
